What is the warranty of your products?
For the majority of our products, the warranty is 5 years. However, we also develop certain products with the aim of achieving a competitive price, where the warranty is 3 years. Moreover, for other economical products, the warranty is 2 years.

What about your payment terms?
Our standard payment term is 30% deposit prepaid by T/T, and the balance should be paid before shipment. But, when our cooperation is getting bigger, we can also adjust percentage of T/T, and support other payment terms, such as L/C, O/A, etc.

Can you support OEM and ODM design?
Yes. OEM and ODM design is no problem for us. We own independent R&D team, and we have rich experience on helping customers to find perfect solutions. We can also assist customers in designing their product packages.

What is lead time for the order?
For samples, it normally takes 5-7 days, while mass order would need 20-40 days according to the quantity. For customized products, it roughly needs about 90 days, including opening the molds.

What about your product quality? Do you have quality control?
We pay great attention to product quality. There is 4 quality inspection procedures in our company, including IQC, IPQC, OQC, FQC. In addition, we have spent a lot on purchasing profession quality inspection equipment to control and improve our product quality.

How do you deal with the complaint?
With the warranty period, if there is a damage to a small number of fixtures, we will provide replacements for the chips or drivers. If there are issues on a larger scale, we take further action, such as batch replacements or even providing new fixtures. We will also send personnel to the site to identify the cause and find solutions. However, serious issues on a large scale have not occurred so far. We take responsibility for our quality.
